1. Return Window
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Perishable goods (fresh, frozen, opened food) cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
- Personal care items cannot be returned if unsealed, for hygiene reasons.
3. How to Request a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide you with the return address.
- Send the item back to us.
4. Who Pays for Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, wrong item) → we cover return costs.
- For all other returns → customers pay return shipping.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible items for a replacement or alternative product. Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned item.
